Development Concept
The Black Watch Museum Trust has commissioned architect Lachlan Stewart RIAS, RIBA, B.Arch. to recommend how the present building could be altered and improved to provide:
- Increased display space
- A designated learning space
- A large area for special exhibitions, educational interpretation and reunions
- Improved storage for archives and artefacts
- Improved shop and ticket office
- Accessible visitor facilities, including a tea room and toilets for visitors
- A lift facility
- Improved parking
