He died peacefully with his family. Hackle was the golden Labrador of Jim Sandilands, Museum Attendant. Hackle had worked alongside Jim at The Black Watch Museum since he was a puppy. He will be sorely missed by all the staff and visitors at the Castle. A memorial fund has been established in Hackle’s name.
